Fab hats! Fabulous layout! Love the big photo and the glittered circle around the important parts - you all! The smaller photos are nicely placed and I really like the bottom border (torn papers get me every time!). The cluster is gorgeous, too. This looks like it would be fun to go to just to wear the hats!
