This is a great page for the challenge. Good use of things from the collab. Is that counted cross stitch? Made me remember I have one I bought for when my daughter was expecting her third child, our Jasmine born in 2012 which I never did as it was a boy fishing and when Andreas was born in 2015 I did not get around to doing it... maybe one day...

Beautiful counted cross stitch piece. The fraying knit matting seems a perfect compliment to this work of art. Love the needle sticking out of the cluster with the curling bit of thread weaved into it.

Sounds like the story of my life...I started a winnie the pooh one for my daughter that I was stitching in the hospital while I was in labor...well that never got finished! Hahaha At least you finished one! Great take on this week's challenge.

the journaling says it all...time just gets away from you to finish all the craft projects that you want....beautiful piece though....so detailed and it must have taken some time to produce that incredible cross stitch piece. so amazing
Cute, cute cross-stitch. At least you finished it, I have one that's been sitting unfinished for 20 years. I like how you've continued the bright colours in the rest of the layout.

I think I had this pattern! I too have many projects left unfinished. Love the background and the display of your completed craft. Never to late to make the next one!
Gorgeous layout and beautiful needlework! Love the clusters and the themed ellies. Lovely journaling!

What an absolute trasure! I love the cross stitch. The journaling made me laugh. It sounds like something out of my life. The knitted fabric behind the cross stitch really sets it off beautifully. I love the artsy touches in the background, like the newspaper and that stamp! The cluster with the needle is beautifully crafted and the stitching underneath is looks fabulous. Great work!

I really like the way you framed your photo with the fabric square element. And yes, I think we all have projects that we intended to start but haven't got around to them yet! HA! Good luck in this week's Survivor Challenge!
I love the texture of the mat that you've used behind your picture and I also really like the background that you've used on here, there is so much visual interest in it.
