With this ring…

Our wedding bands are the most important jewelry that I own. When we were married, we were mechanics in the Air Force and for safety reasons were not allowed to wear any jewelry. My diamond was a very simple & small one. I didn’t want anything big and flashy, that’s not me. I wore it for a while after getting out of the Air Force, but soon stopped because I kept bending the prongs holding the diamond in place. After more than 35 years married and now retired, we still do not wear our rings.

Also the fact that you and I are alike...I haven't worn my wedding rings (or any rings) for decades. It's just not me. And we will be celebrating our 33rd anniversary in a few days.
