The first photo caption reads, “the top side of the crown,” and the second photo caption reads, “cement on the inside of the crown.”  The pictures were taken on May 19th after the tooth was pulled.  4/28/2021:  I woke up in the middle of the night and could feel something heavy in my left cheek.  I sleep on my side, so it was obvious.  I thought that maybe it was a seed that I hadn't gotten out of my teeth, but then I felt it and it felt like a tooth!  The whole crown on one of my teeth had come off!  The dentist glued it back on, but didn't trust it.  5/19/2021:  I ended up having the tooth pulled because it was actually just a spike and the root.  The spike poked through the hole in the crown.  It took two hours, and I cried while they were working on it, plus had a panic attack, but it's worth it.  One of the pieces of the root was as long as my thumbnail!  Trying not to get it infected or damaged now while I heal.
