Journaling:
Having a deep love of the sand, waves and sunshine; must be in our blood. It was your second ever trip to Florida and you just couldn’t get enough of the beach. You were too young the year before to really remember your first beach experience. This time around you were all for it! Giggles could be heard up and down the beach as you ran up and down the shore wiggling your toes in the sand over and over again. It was cute watching you run right up to the waves and dipping your toes in the water. You would freak every time a wave would crash against the shore line; maybe because we don’t have waves like that at the beaches where we live in Wisconsin. We spent the whole afternoon at the beach. And you continued to have a blast playing in the sand. By the end of the day you had sand from head to toe!
