I love wok. It's so easy to make variations and all veggies taste better. With different sauces and toppings, you get a luxurious dinner on an ordinary day, without any real hard work. What you have to have is oil, garlic and some sort of chili, other than that you just improvise from what you happen to have at home that day. My favorite sauces are some kind of store bought sweet chili sauce, ketjap manis, ponzu, or japanese soy sauce mixed with sesame oil.
