Journaling: I just love the way that inchworms move. Last year was the first time I had seen one IRL. I’ve always seen them on TV or in nature books, but last
year I saw one at the
pool, inching along
the edge.
Sunday morning, after the
boys had been outside
playing for a bit, Ian came running in to show me an inchworm he had found. It
was the size of a staple and really looked like a bit of
oak pollen from the trees. I thought it might be, after all,
it was April 1. At first it didn’t move, but then it started inching along Ian’s hand. So, I grabbed my camera and we went outside. The inchworm was so small that it made the hairs on Ians arm look like a forest! I wonder what he thought of us?
