JOURNALING: Nothing sets the mood for the holidays better than a production of “A Christmas Carol”. Little did we know when we attended this play put on by Pickerington Community Theatre that it would feature all “junior” actors (I guess the “Jr.” after the title should have clued us in). But it was a fun romp around Victorian London where Jack and Annie (of “The Magic Tree House” book series) had to help Charles Dickens get over his writer’s block. We were especially “taken” by Carter Pearson who played Chef Francois. Despite it being a “bit part” he certainly made the most of the times he was on stage. All the little “creatures” on the grounds of the Wigwam Theatre were decked out in their holiday finery and we even got a glimpse of Santa! Bring on the holidays!!  12/4/21
