this recipe is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! i'm a big fan of taking fruit trays to family get togethers and this is a hit no matter the season. (one of my sisters always claims the leftover dip and i've caught her eating it like ice cream!)


here's the recipe:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup Cool Whip (8 oz. Container)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Kahlua (up to 1/2 cup)
1 cup sour cream (8 oz. Container)


Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip until smooth. Add brown sugar and Kahlua. Blend until sugar dissolves. Add sour cream and blend until smooth.


It's best when made a day ahead. Serve with strawberries, pineapple, grapes, sliced peaches, apples, any melon, etc.
