JOURNALING: The Columbus Crew held a special event for Season Ticket Members on 8/20/22 at Lower.com Field. It was the first time we got to see the lower level of the stadium and the very fancy Huntington Field Club. A good number of people attended the event - there was a great selection of food to enjoy. Then we heard from three staff members, Corey Wray, Assistant GM; Blair Gavin, Assistant Coach; Neil McGuinness, Director, Scouting & Recruiting. They spoke briefly about the latest signing, Cucho Hernandez, but concentrated on the relationship between the Columbus Crew and Columbus Crew 2. We were especially interested in that since we are season ticket holders with Crew 2 as well. Finally, we queued in line for a long time to get autographs from some of the team including (below) Lucas Zelaryan, Pedro Santos, and captain Jonathan Mensah.
