Interesting family story! In my family, we have a birthday each week in July. Guess I am lucky my mom never made us share. The little snippet of round cornered black w stitching is small, but so effective. YOur LO would be lacking w/o it. Nicely done. I hope you've had many solo bday parties as an adult.
