I love this challenge layout....the background paper is so pretty and I love your choice of yellow in the frame, heart, paper strip, etc.  The photo is just too cute!

What a precious photo. Her expression could launch a thousand smiles. Very creative framing that draws the eye right to her. Cool border work with the lighter swirling!

She is precious and this photo is amazing - a lovely piece of artwork.  Do you ever use a frame as a frame?  I think not.  You have opened a whole new work of framework for me!  Beautiful tucked in string and the excellent  use of paint!
