Song Contest

Song Contest is a time honored tradition at Kamehameha School, founded by a Hawaiian Princess in the 1800s. This year, my goddaughter, and her alumni moms were so excited to see their daughters partake. VaiLo is the fourth generation of Hawaiian wahine in her ohana to attend Kamehameha School. Using featured font Friendship plus ADS Friendship Near or Far; LS Take a Selfie; TM Boho Vibe; AGH Shine Your Light; CK Summer Nights ombre alpha (which i couldn't find when making my siggy!! hahaha)

This page is a knockout! I love that 4 generations have participated in this contest! I see you included some of your favs...the brackets (and I love the journaling on them)...the creative use of a frame. There are too many great details to mention. This just makes me smile!!

I.JUST.LOVE.THAT.SPLIT.TITLE and the gorgeous rainbow alpha you used. So much to ooh and aah over, of course I always look a unique use of frame, I am a brackets groupie so I love your inclusion of them here, the ribbon abd clustering tucked in behind is giving me joy, the photos and story are wonderful.

There you go again! this is one of my favourites. I love the photographs and the tradition! The patterned paper is beautiful and the use of the heavy frame as an element is gorgeous. I am glad you found the ombre alpha. Your inclusion of parentheses is always awesome, but using them as journaling elements is very clever! Buttsons, hearts, ribbons and bows... this is amazing.
