I love the notebook paper for the journaling and how it is stapled. I also like the burst of color in the background.

Such a beautiful layout! I like how the papers are layered with the photos. Love the journaling tag with the staples. I love the delicate clustering.

FUN-tastic idea to start with chair exercises. Most peope make the mistake of doing too much...better to start with something do-able and build up from there. Hope all of you continue with it and keep adding some fun too.
