My next door neighbour invited me to her first art exhibition recently. She had many lovely artworks on display and for sale showcasing her wide ranging talent across different paint styles and techniques. These are some of her works using acrylics.

Jill your friend is very talented, great paintings and I love the page you created showing them off. The paint is a nice touch to the page and I like the dark background paper and of course you make the best clusters I keep saying you need to teach me how you do it.

You have created a work of art that features works of art - how clever. I LOVE the layers against the black. Your paint splotches and use of themed elements is wonderful. Your journaling is lovely and tell your neighbour I just love her paintings, the colours are stirring.
