Wow you have some energy to pick the apples and then can and bake all of that, that sounds like a lot of work, but you must enjoy it. I have tried canning a few times in my life and I find it's way easier to go to the store and buy it, lol. Great photos and journaling and perfect kit to get these scrapped.
