JOURNALING: The appetizers were “ants on a log” and stuffed prunes. Main course consisted of turkey (Spam for Karon), spinach, corn bread dressing, rolls, and sweet potato casserole (The marshmallows on top burned, but the potatoes were salvageable).  For dessert we had rum cake samplers.
