Oh my...loads of prep work..and of course, no one can use the "facilities" while the bathroom is in this state...and then not knowing if you are going to like the results as much as you thought afterwards.

This really takes me back. I remember when we bought our first house and the first thing we did was strip the bathroom down to the studs. It certainly is a lot of work, but such a treasure when the work is done.
