For this snow layout, I mostly used “Frosty Fun,” As soon as I saw this kit, I loved it and knew I wanted to do a layout with it. Thank you, Kathy, it's one of my very fave new winter kits!

Journaling: "Where we live, kids don’t get any days during the year when schools are closed because of the snow--they’re called “snow days.” Since I’ve been living in Phoenix, I think there have only been two days where I saw snow actually coming down, and then it only lasted about 30 minutes. So, when it’s time for some snow, Mom & Dad take you up to Flagstaff for the day. Heck, you have to get at least a little bit of use out of your winter coat, mittens and boots before you outgrow them! And everyone needs to find out what snow tastes like & what a joy it is to go sledding....and, yes, even what it feels like when you get snow in your boots & your feet get cold! These are things both your Mom and Dad experienced when they were growing up in New York, and they want you to experience them too!"
