sweetie i am so sorry about what happened...but it is a good thing to scrap the bad times too. and yes...get a flu shot!!! even if u haven't gotten one this year they say it isn't too late as the really bad flu season is FEB. i get mine because i am like u and am scared to death not to. glad u r back with us and feeling better Smile
