Having been brought up in Belgium, I am very, VERY particular about my chocolate....! It has to be as dark as possible, and ideally, it has to come from Cote d'Or. I always stock up whenever I go home - my particular weakness are the Chokotoff toffees. I have such fond memories of visiting the factory on school trips - the air around the Gare du Midi station used to be filled with the rich, luscious smell - made my mouth drool every time!

This is a treat that should NEVER be tried and then denied a steady supply! I love the stamp on the textured paper supporting your title and your fabulous journaling. So glad I didn't grow up with this treat but only had it once (over 20 years ago) or I'd be craving it like mad now.
