Journaling: When Jacob turned eight he wanted a big Cookie instead of the traditional Birthday Cake. So, like any good mom, I spread out a whole tube of slice n’ bake in a pizza pan, baked some chocolate chip goodness and made the boy decorate it himself! Actually, he did a marvelous job and had a great time. The rest of the day was relatively uneventful causing him to complain about a boring birthday by bedtime, but when looking at these photos two years later, his comment was “that was a great day - I loved that Cookie”.


It’s really the memories that count. And it’s often the little things that make the memories.
